This is for you if you’re an experienced photographer who already has strong work, but you find it hard to be objective when selecting images, don’t have time to curate properly, or feel like your portfolio doesn’t actually reflect where you are now. Or if you’re getting enquiries, but not from the clients you actually want to work with.
I offer two options depending on whether you just need a solid edit or want something deeper with more structure.
Portfolio Edit Intensive
€550 | 3 weeks
This is the focused version. Good if you already know who you’re trying to reach and what kind of work you want to be doing more of. You just need help actually refining and sequencing it.
What happens:
- You fill out a questionnaire about your business, vision and dream client
- I’ll send you a short PDF and some videos to help you narrow your images down
- You send me 200–300 images (intentionally more than most portfolio reviews, because I want you to be able to pick with your heart, not your head)
- Behind the scenes, I’ll go through and select my top choices based on what you’ve told me about your direction
- We do one 90-minute Zoom where you can see my selections, discuss them, advocate for images you think should be included, and understand why I’d choose one image over another
- Then you go and re-edit the images with a consistent look (if necessary), rename the files for SEO and upload to your website (portfolio page AND other pages)
Outcome: A tight, more intentional portfolio that speaks to your dream client
Portfolio + Positioning Mentorship
€1200 | 4-6 weeks
One spot per month
This is the deeper option, and honestly, it’s more hand-held. It’s for photographers who don’t just want a better edit. They want help with the whole system: how to organise and store their images, how to build and maintain a portfolio folder that’s easy to reach, clarity on their dream client, and how their portfolio should work across their website and marketing.
This is less about one portfolio review and more about getting the foundations right so you’re not stuck reinventing the wheel every few months.
What happens:
- 3 x 90-minute Zoom calls
- Call 1: We talk through your dream client, the kind of work you want more of, looking at your existing portfolio and website.
- Call 2: We look at your file management, and I’ll explain how I organise my archive. We’ll build a workflow that works for you now, and into the future.
- Call 3: Final portfolio edit + a roadmap for how this all lives on your site and what happens next
- Messaging support between calls for questions, quick feedback, and accountability when you’re mid-process
- You send me 200–300 images (intentionally more than most portfolio reviews, because I want you to be able to pick with your heart, not your head)
- Behind the scenes, I’ll go through and select my top choices based on what you’ve told me about your direction
- Anything included in the “Intensive” and more
Outcome: A portfolio that works, a system that supports it, and more enquiries from the clients you actually want.
